לכל המונחים שלא הוגדרו במדיניות פרטיות זו תהיינה המשמעות שניתנה להם בתנאי השימוש.

מיי קאר (פסגות) רכב לפי שעה בע"מ, ח.פ. 516518529 (להלן: "בעל האתר") מנהל ומפעיל אתר בכתובת ____www.mycar-israel.com____ וכן אפליקציה סלולארית, המשמשים, בין היתר, להשכרת רכבים שיתופיים על בסיס שעתי ממיקום גיאוגרפי בקרבת המשתמש, קבלת מידע על בעל האתר, עסקיו ו/או על חברות קשורות אליו ושירותים משלימים אחרים ("השירותים") באופן מקוון באתר ובאפליקציה על ידי הגולשים באתר ובאפליקציה ("המשתמש/ים" ו- "האתר").

מדיניות פרטיות זו, יחד עם תנאי השימוש, קובעת את הכללים שלפיהם בעל האתר אוסף פרטים אישיים ממשתמשים באתר שבוחרים להשתמש בשירותים או שהמשתמשים באתר מספקים לבעל האתר בדרך אחרת ואשר נשמרים ומעובדים על ידי בעל האתר (להלן: "מדיניות הפרטיות").

על מנת להיות מעודכן בהצעות ו/או מבצעים ו/או עדכונים החלים מדי פעם באתר, המשתמש מאשר במפורש ומסכים כי בעל האתר יהיה רשאי לפנות אל המשתמש מעת לעת באמצעות דיוור ישיר, לרבות בדואר האלקטרוני ו/או באמצעות פניה טלפונית לרבות סמס, למטרות אספקת השירותים, למטרות קידום מכירות ו/או שיווק (כאמור במדיניות זו) וכן למטרות משלוח דברי פרסומת (לרבות כהגדרתם בסעיף 30א. לחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ"ב) לפי כל דין. משתמש המעוניין להפסיק לקבל הודעות אלו כאמור מתבקש לפנות למחלקת שירות הלקוחות של בעל האתר בדואר אלקטרוני שכתובתו office@mycar-israel.co ________ ולהודיע על רצונו להסרה מרשימת התפוצה.
המשתמש מצהיר כי לא חלה עליו חובה חוקית למסור את המידע והוא עושה זאת מרצונו והסכמתו.
איזה מידע אנו אוספים וכיצד אנחנו עשויים להשתמש בו?

בעל האתר עשוי לאסוף ולעבד את המידע הבא אודות משתמש (להלן: "מידע אישי"):

בעל האתר עשוי לשמור את המידע האישי לתקופת הזמן שלאחר סיום מתן השירותים, אם המידע נחוץ למטרות שלשמן נאסף או אם נדרש לשמור אותו על פי חוק.

למשתמש עומדת גם הזכות שלא לספק מידע אישי לבעל האתר ו/או שלא לעבד, לאחסן או להשתמש במידע אישי אולם המשתמש מאשר כי הוא מודע לכך שבפניה כזו שלא לשמור או לעבד את המידע האישי שלו, יתכן שלא ניתן יהיה לספק לו את כל ו/או חלק מהשירותים והוא מוותר בבקשה זו על כל טענה ו/או דרישה כלפי בעל האתר בקשר לשירותים.
